Delane Taylor
Managing Director – Portfolio Operations
Mr. Taylor is a Managing Director of Portfolio Operations at Saothair, having joined in 2025. Prior to joining Saothair, he spent 20 years associated with the portfolio companies of KPS Capital Partners, serving in interim Business Improvement and Operations roles, and as a Vice President of Portfolio Operations.
Previously, he spent 15 years in the automotive industry in various engineering and operations management roles with ITT/Continental Automotive, Dana Corp, and Toyota, as well as two years teaching through the NC State University Industrial Extension Service.
Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Carolina University and an M.B.A. from Walden University.
