Jessica Delgado
Vice President – Portfolio Operations
Ms. Delgado is a Vice President at Saothair on the Portfolio Operations team, having joined the firm in 2026. Most recently, she served as Director of PMO and Continuous Improvement for Operations at TaylorMade Golf & Sun Day Red, where she led capital investments, project management, and program management initiatives. Prior to joining TaylorMade, she led supply chain and inventory management at LyondellBasell. Ms. Delgado is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Ms. Delgado holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business and Psychology from Austin Peay State University. She was a three-time Academic All-American on her university’s softball team.
