Mr. Madden is an experienced and successful turnaround professional with over 20 years of experience investing in and building businesses. Prior to co-founding Saothair, Mr. Madden spent nearly a decade with KPS Capital Partners where he took an active role in 15 acquisitions across 5 platform investments that won back-to-back Buyouts magazine “Turnaround of the Year” and “Overall Deal of the Year” awards.
Mr. Madden began his career in the Global Industrials and Services group of Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions across a range of business sectors. Mr. Madden holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
